At Cheap Flights Booker, we want your booking to be smooth and safe. These conditions explain how bookings work, what happens with payments, and what to do if you need to change or cancel. Please take the time to read them carefully before you confirm your trip.

Making a Booking

You can book with us online, by phone, by email, on WhatsApp, or by visiting our office. The same rules apply no matter which method you use.

When you place a booking request, our team will send you a confirmation email. This will show your travel details, the full price, and how to pay. You must read this email carefully. If you notice any mistakes in names, dates, or times, let us know straight away. If everything looks correct, you can then make your payment.

Payments and Deposits

Most bookings need full payment at the time you book. Sometimes we allow you to hold a reservation by paying a deposit of twenty-five pounds within twenty-four hours. This deposit is part of your total fare, but it cannot be refunded. The rest of the payment must be made before your deadline.

Tickets are only issued when full payment has been received, your details are confirmed in writing, and all required documents, such as identification or card authorisation, have been provided. Once your ticket is issued, it usually cannot be refunded or transferred to another person.

Receiving Your Tickets

Most tickets are electronic and will be emailed to you. If you do not use email, you can collect your ticket from our office or ask us to send it by post. Please allow up to three working days for delivery.

Once you receive your ticket or confirmation, your booking is official. If you need to correct something, you must tell us immediately. After the ticket is issued, changes are often not possible.

We also recommend that you check your flight directly with the airline forty-eight to seventy-two hours before you travel. Airlines sometimes make last-minute changes, and checking helps you stay updated.

Airline Schedules and Prices

Airlines can change flight times or ticket prices without notice. If this happens before your ticket is issued, we will let you know. You may then decide to accept the new price or choose a different option.

Airlines can also change taxes or fees. If that happens, you will need to pay the difference. We cannot guarantee seats until your booking has been fully paid and ticketed.

Ways to Book

  • Online: You can choose flights on our website. You will first receive an automatic response, followed by a confirmation email from one of our consultants.

  • Phone: You can call us and speak directly with a consultant. Payment details will be taken, and you will receive a confirmation email afterwards.

  • WhatsApp: You can also message us through WhatsApp to discuss and confirm bookings. Payment and confirmation will follow the same process as phone bookings.

  • In person: You can visit our office to complete your booking. If you have already discussed details by phone or WhatsApp, call ahead so we can prepare your documents.

Whichever way you book, it is your responsibility to check all details we send you. We cannot be held responsible if information is incorrect or if deadlines are missed because confirmations were delayed.

Changes Before Tickets Are Issued

If you want to change your travel dates, times, or names before your ticket is issued, we will try to help. Airlines may not allow these changes, and if they do, there will usually be extra charges. You will also need to pay any fare difference.

Airlines rarely allow name corrections. If you give the wrong name, the ticket may need to be cancelled and rebooked at a higher fare.

Your booking details must exactly match your passport. If they do not, you may be refused boarding and the ticket will become non-refundable.

Changes After Tickets Are Issued

Once tickets are issued, airlines normally do not allow changes. In rare cases they may allow small corrections such as one letter in your name, but this is entirely the airline’s decision.

If changes to dates or times are allowed, you must pay both the airline penalty and any fare difference. Most airlines do not allow changes within forty-eight hours of departure.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you want to cancel, you must send us a written request. The request must come from the person who made the booking or the passenger named on the ticket.

Many low-cost and promotional fares are non-refundable. If your ticket type allows a refund, the amount will depend on the airline’s policy. Refunds usually take eight to twelve weeks, sometimes longer. The money will only be returned once the airline processes the refund and sends it back to us.

If you cancel before your ticket is issued, we will still charge a cancellation fee of one hundred pounds per person. Refunds are always returned to the same account or card used for payment unless agreed otherwise in writing.

If your airline cancels your flight, they may offer you either an alternative flight or a refund. You must decide which to accept.

If an airline suspends operations, goes on strike, or becomes bankrupt, refunds may take much longer or may not be available at all. These events are outside our control, so we strongly recommend buying travel insurance.

Changes Made by Us

On rare occasions, we may need to change your booking due to airline or supplier issues. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible.

If the change is major, you may accept it, choose a different option, or cancel and receive a refund. If the change is minor, such as a small adjustment to flight times, compensation will not be available.

If we cancel your booking because of low numbers or other unavoidable reasons, you will receive a full refund.

Passenger Information Disclosure

Some countries, including the United States, require airlines to share passenger details with immigration or border authorities. This means your booking details may be passed to officials in the country you are travelling to.
